Back to Normal?

We are starting to hear about the plans to reopen France.  Nothing is clear yet, however this caught my eye.  Around our house we have 4 secondary country houses amongst the 6 near us.  All of them are full and have been since the annoucement of lockdown back on March 17th.  I wonder if they will still be there after this annoucement takes effect?

Paris coronavirus 'exiles' should return to the city at the end of lockdown

Paris coronavirus “exiles” should return to the city at the end of lockdown in France on 11 May, but not all at once, transport minister Jean-Baptiste Djebbari has said, Kim Willsher, the Guardian’s Paris correspondent, reports.
The exodus of city-dwellers in the hours before the strict lockdown came into effect at noon on 17 March was hugely controversial. Those who left the capital were accused of spreading the virus to rural areas where they had holiday homes, and it also served the highlight the inequalities of Covid-19 dividing Parisiens into those lucky enough to have second homes who could flee Paris, and those confined in small flats often with no gardens, terraces or balconies who had no choice but to stay.
Those returning to the city by train must reserve their seats, which will be limited to half the number of passengers they would normally carry to avoid crowding.
Prime Minister Édouard Philippe has warned non-essential long distance travel - journeys more than 100km - will be strongly discouraged even after 11 May.
There are several bank holidays in May in France, but Philippe said the population should not even think about “going away for the weekend”.

Apparently the departments in France will be treated differently depending on their situation on the official map of the virus.  Those with lower levels will have more freedoms than those who do not.
Another big issue has been masks.  The government hope to have enough by the 11th of May.
They plan on setting up special testing teams in each department to test those with symptoms.   Those testing positive will be asked to self confine for 14 days along with everyone else in their home.
Nursery and primary schools are to reopen on the 11th for those families who want to send their children.  I've spoken to two clients with children and neither of them want their kids to go back yet.
Creches can open on the 11th but with a limit of 10 children and the teachers must wear masks.  Only children from middle school up with be obliged to wear masks.
Companies are asked to continue working from home for their employees as much as possible.   Where not possible, the governement wants work hours stagered to limit the number of people together.
After the 11th of May we can go out without an authorisation if we stay within 100km of our residence.    People will be obliged to wear masks when taking any type of public transport.   The volume of passengers will be reduced to accomodate the social distancing rules.  For example in the metro, every other seat will be blocked for seating.
Stores can open but not restaurants or bars.  Stores should recommend social distancing and can ask clients to wear a mask.
Beaches remain closed until the 11th of June.  Parks will open in the departments who are less affected.
The government is debating over an application to track people.
To finish a bit of relaxing with Catherine.
