As of tomorrow, I no longer need an authorization in my pocket or on my phone when I want to go for a run or a walk.  And when I run, I can go up to 100km from the house instead of just 1km.   This was supposed to take place this am, but it was postponed by the government.   The fact that things are opening up is great, but that means that more  people will be moving about.  That could mean more contact.  I've spoken to a few people in various parts of France and we are all worried about the number of cases of the virus going up again.  Apparently there has been a rise in reservations in Normandie for rental houses, cottages and gites.
Again I worry about nature.  The animals will quickly loose the calm they've had for the past 2 months.  Unfortunately this is happening at a time when birds are nesting and animals are having babies or have young ones.
There was list of important habits to learn for those who go to the coasts just posted by the Bird Protection Association of France.  (LPO Ligue pour la Protection des Oiseaux)

To avoid a natural catastrophe on the coasts:
*  Stay on the indicated trails,
*  Keep dogs on the leash
*  If you're heading to the water for watersports, get there as directly as possible on the trails indicated and stay at the water's edge
*  Stay away from the upper part of beaches, sand dunes or areas covered with vegetation
*  If you see a bird on the ground that seems injured or who cries repeatedly, move away as this is the bird's method to get you away from their nest.
